Discovering your Key productivity Periods and Places

One of the strategies that prove crucial in creating a good study habit is discovering your most productive period of the day to study and the most conducive work place.

On finding this period and place, and consistently setting aside work to do during that period, will automatically tune both your body and mind to ‘kick’ into work mode during that time.

But this is easier said than done.

Because persons are more productive at different times of the day, finding your most productive period will require some trial and error. Finding your most productive time period is just the first part of the puzzle, as finding the most conducive place is what seems to be the most trouble for a lot of persons.

Do you work better at a desk, on your bed, around the dining table, on the floor, in the basement or on your veranda? Test them all out. But make sure on finding your most comfortable and work conducive spot, that you then move to have a ‘backup’ time and place just in case circumstances arise that won’t allow you to study during your preferred period and at your ideal place.
