Eat a high calorie, but still ntoiiurtus diet. Do some strength training to build muscle mass. Drink muscle milk, or some other protien shakes.Alexandria and Nick are correct. Remember how Miley Cyrus used to be extremely skinny when she was younger? Notice how she is a little . Voluptuous now (not gonna lie, it is not a good look for her). You’ll eventually fill out. Just enjoy being you. It isn’t something to stress about. Don’t all girls your age want to be thin? I think your friends are just very jealous.
